This website is a set of static pages. It measures visits with Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which sets cookies in your browser. The proposal form sends nothing to us — it composes an email in your own mail application. This page explains both.

Who we are

PT. Immer Asia Corporation, trading as Immersia, is an impact advisory and capacity-building firm. Our office is at Jl. Sepat No.43, Kebagusan, Ps. Minggu, Jakarta Selatan 12520, Indonesia.

We are the data controller for the information described on this page. For anything in this policy, write to info@immersia.id.

Analytics and tag management

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-0RFC45PYLN) to understand how the site is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world they are. We use it to decide what to write and what to fix. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else we hold.

Google Analytics runs on every page of this site and collects, among other things:

  • Pages viewed, and the order and timing of those views
  • How you arrived — a search engine, a link, or a direct visit
  • Device and browser information, such as screen size, operating system, and language
  • Approximate location, derived from your IP address at country or city level. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses.

We also use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-TM9VB4ZQ) to load and manage these measurement tags. Tag Manager is a container: what it loads is configured in Google's console rather than written into this website, so the set of tags on this site can change without the site itself changing. If we add a tag that collects anything beyond what is described here, we will update this page.

Google LLC processes this data on our behalf, and that processing takes place on Google's infrastructure, which is located outside Indonesia. Google's own handling of the data is governed by its privacy policy atpolicies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so that repeat visits from the same device are counted as one visitor rather than several. These are named _ga and _ga_<container id>. They contain a randomly generated identifier for the browser, not a name or an email address.

These are the only cookies this site sets. Tag Manager itself sets none. There are no advertising cookies, and nothing on this site is used to build a profile of you or to target you elsewhere.

You can refuse or delete them in your browser's settings, or install Google's own opt-out add-on attools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Refusing them does not affect anything you can read or do here.

What we do not do

  • No advertising or tracking pixels. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, is the only measurement tool on this site, and Google is the only third party the page contacts.
  • No accounts. There is nothing to register for and no password is ever asked for.
  • No selling or sharing. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
  • No embedded content. There are no embedded videos, maps, calendars, or widgets. The one frame on the page is Tag Manager's fallback for browsers with JavaScript turned off: it is hidden, has no content you can see or interact with, and does nothing when JavaScript is on.

The proposal form

The form on our Request Proposal page does not send anything to us over the internet. When you press submit, your browser assembles your answers into an email message and opens it in your own mail application. Nothing is transmitted until you send that message yourself, and you can edit or discard it first.

This means the form data never reaches a server of ours. There is no database behind it and no submission is recorded anywhere on this site.

The message your browser composes contains the fields you filled in:

  • Organization name
  • Contact person
  • Work email
  • Phone or WhatsApp, if you provide it
  • Service of interest
  • Background or challenge
  • Expected outputs, if you provide them

Email you send us

Once you send that message — or write to us directly — it arrives in our inbox at info@immersia.id. From that point it is ordinary business correspondence. We use it to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you have asked for one, and to keep a record of the engagement.

We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent it.

We keep correspondence for as long as the enquiry or the working relationship it belongs to remains live, and afterwards for as long as our records and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete it sooner; see Your rights below.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like any hosting service, Vercel receives the network requests your browser makes in order to serve the pages back to you. Those requests carry your IP address and browser information, which Vercel processes to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse, and retains according to its own policy. This happens for every website you visit, on any host; it is not something this site adds.

We do not read those logs, analyse them, or build profiles from them.

Links to other services

Our pages link to WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Those are links, not embeds: nothing is loaded from them while you read our site, and nothing about your visit is shared with them unless you click through.

Once you follow such a link you are on someone else's service, under their privacy policy and not ours.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 of 2022 on Pelindungan Data Pribadi), you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we are using it, or withdraw consent you have given.

In practice this concerns two things: the email correspondence we hold — the messages you have sent us and our replies — and the analytics data described above.

Write to info@immersia.id to exercise any of these. We may need to keep some records where we have a legal obligation to do so, and we will say so if that applies.

Children

This website is addressed to organizations and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site works — by adding another measurement tool, an embedded service, or a form that submits to a server — we will update this page before that change goes live, so that what it says stays true of the site you are actually using. This page was last rewritten when Google Analytics was added.
