Assessment, Monitoring, and Program Evaluation & Applied Research

We provide performance measurement, effectiveness, and program impact assessment services through applied research approaches based on data and field context. Immers Asia Corp assists organizations in conducting needs assessments, monitoring program implementation, and evaluating results and impacts to generate strategic recommendations that can be directly used in decision-making, program design improvements, and evidence-based policy formulation.

Family Strengthening Program Impact Assessment Research

We conducted an impact assessment research that includes a comprehensive review of the design, implementation, results, and sustainability of the Family Strengthening (FS) Program initiated by YBM BRILiaN. This research was conducted using the Social Return on Investment (SROI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) approaches involving 134 respondents across seven support centers: Palembang, Bandar Lampung, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Malang.

SROI Report Monitoring and Assistance

We were entrusted to monitor the Social Return on Investment (SROI) assessment process for farmer education and empowerment programs and stunting prevention and management programs run by Edu Farmers. We provide input and capacity building for internal human resources through module provision and workshops to ensure the program monitoring and evaluation system runs more effectively, accountably, and sustainably.

CSR Program Impact Assessment Research

We conducted a study to assess the social and economic impact of community empowerment programs carried out by Pertamina EP Adera and Ramba Field, South Sumatra, using INSOS, SROI, and IKM approaches. The results are used as a basis for strengthening program sustainability, refining intervention models, and supporting corporate social impact reporting.

Risk Management, Business Process and SOP Documentation Development

We conducted risk management analysis and business process documentation development at the Youth and Sports Office (Dispora) of Bogor Regency. The main activities include preparing Quarterly Risk Management Reports I-IV for 2025 and comprehensive Business Process Documentation for Bogor Regency Dispora that is cascaded down to the SOP level.

Capacity Building and Development

Capacity building and development services are designed to strengthen the competencies of individuals, teams, and organizations through needs-based training, workshops, mentoring, and assistance. Immers Asia Corp develops applicable and contextual learning modules to enhance technical, managerial, and strategic capacities, enabling partners to run programs more effectively, sustainably, and impactfully.

Social Media and Digital Platform Management

We collaborated with Al-Kautsar Mosque to strengthen the mosque’s digital presence through website and social media development and management. This activity is supported by consistent content strategies and regular multimedia updates to showcase religious activities and social programs. Additionally, this project includes digital marketing and photography training for the management team to enhance congregation engagement and expand the mosque’s communication reach.

Program Implementation and Technical Assistance

We support partners in direct program implementation in the field through technical assistance. Immers Asia Corp plays a role in operational planning, stakeholder coordination, implementation supervision, and program quality control to ensure execution aligns with program objectives, standards, and target needs.

Solar Panel Installation Procurement

Together with Bisa Baik Bersama, we carried out the procurement of solar panel installations in Warloka Pesisir Village, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, as part of efforts to support renewable energy utilization and improve energy access in remote communities.

School Safety Zone (ZoSS) Construction Procurement

We collaborated with Save The Children and NFDMC to realize the Safety Road Phase 3 program which aims to improve traffic safety for elementary school students in West Jakarta through the construction of School Safety Zone (ZoSS) facilities and educational activities to foster traffic awareness from an early age.
